Brightstar Resources Limited (ASX:BTR) is an emerging gold development company located in the Laverton region of Western Australia, an internationally renowned mineral province. Brightstar Resources’ three major projects are located within a 60km radius of the Brightstar plant. They include the Cork Tree Well project (5.6 Mt @ 1.4 g/t for 252koz), the Alpha project (1,452 Mt @ 2.3 g/t for 106koz) and the Brightstar plant in situ Beta project (1,882 Mt @ 1.7 g/t for 102koz). The Menzies Gold Field has historically produced 787,200oz at 18.9g/t Au between 1895-1995. The current JORC MRE at the Menzies Gold Project is 20.5Mt @ 1.5g/t Au for 965koz.
In 2023, Brightstar will be commencing mining operations at the Selkirk deposit at Menzies.
